New Product Development

• NZ tertiary qualification in – Food Science (or) Food Technology
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in – New Product Development
• Permanent, full time

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Food Technologist, in Auckland. Ideal candidate will have NZ tertiary qualification in Food Science (or) Food Technology. Some experience in Product Development will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Research and development
• Developing new concepts
• Quality improvement of product range
• Developing – processing, packaging, storage methods
• Compliance with NZ food safety standards
• Technical documentation

Qualification, skills and experience:
• NZ tertiary qualification in – Food Science (or) Food Technology
• Minimum 2-years’ – NPD experience
• Product and process innovation
• Good understanding of food manufacturing
